The most versatile case in the world

We redefine the way you travel with your instrument. With a weight of only 1.7 kg and made entirely of aerospace-grade carbon fiber, our case guarantees you the best protection, comfort, and design. It is designed to withstand the most challenging conditions, whether it’s raining, dusty, experiencing temperature changes, or unexpected impacts; your instrument will remain safe and in perfect condition. Manufactured entirely in Spain, where craftsmanship tradition and passion for music come together to create an exceptional product.

Product details

  • Aerospace-certified carbon fiber provides the best strength and rigidity as well as thermal insulation.
  • Extreme lightweight design, thanks to its sandwich structure manufacturing, combining carbon fiber with a foam core.
  • 100% waterproof, using a rubber sealing gasket to ensure effective insulation.
  • Instrument suspended in technical foam, without a memory effect, achieving a spring-like effect that dampens vibrations and impacts.
  • Cabin luggage dimensions, essential if you’re traveling by plane.
  • Large and waterproof pockets provide organization, protection, portability, and water resistance.
  • Anti-accidental fittings ensure the case won’t open unintentionally.
  • Positionable hinges prevent the cover from falling to the side.

Key features:

Aerospace-grade carbon fiber shell

Made from aerospace-grade certified carbon fiber, it offers the best protection features for the instrument

High strength and rigidity

Carbon fiber is approximately five times stronger and twice as rigid as steel, making it an exceptionally robust and stiff material.

Excellent thermal properties

Due to its low thermal conductivity, it can withstand high and low temperatures without altering or losing its structural properties.

Stainless components

Guaranteed durability and weather resistance.

Simply light

1.7 kg

Unbeatable Strength-to-Weight Ratio

This is possible thanks to the carbon fiber sandwich construction, which combines the exceptional strength of the fiber with the lightness of an advanced foam core. As a result, an excellent strength-to-weight ratio is achieved.

Extreme Hardness

Carbon fiber has the natural ability to absorb energy and dampen vibrations. Combined with the foam core, it provides revolutionary protection for instruments.

100% Waterproof

Rubber seal

We offer a unique sealing system using a flexible rubber gasket.

Vibration absorption and long lifespan

Capable of enduring prolonged usage while maintaining its sealing effectiveness for an extended period. The seal is designed to absorb vibrations, minimizing the impact of external forces and ensuring stability

Foam suspension system

The main feature of this type of foam is its ability to remember its original shape and recover slowly after being compressed.

Cushioning and impact absorption

Our foam is used in the production of helmets, guards, and specialized footwear to provide effective protection against impacts or potential damages.

Thermal insulation

Thanks to its closed-cell structure, it effectively retains heat and cold, insulating against sudden temperature changes.

Hand luggage dimensions

Standardized design allowing you to carry your instrument in the cabin during air travel.

Contactless

The instrument is not in contact with the walls of the case, providing additional protection against potential and unintended impacts.

Large and waterproof pockets

Made with waterproof and tear-resistant nylon fabric.

Positionable hinges

Prevents the top from tilting forward and backward.

Anti-accidental opening fittings

These closures provide the assurance that the case will not open unintentionally.

Anti-scratch treatment

Advanced coating that reinforces the case surface, protecting it against scratches and wear, enhancing its appearance, and making it easier to clean.

About us

My name is Ignacio Muñoz, a professional bassoonist with a career as a performer in various European orchestras. From my first encounter with the bassoon, I dealt with the complications of transporting my instrument. The case was heavy, not waterproof, didn’t provide the necessary protection, and so on.

As I grew, throughout my career, the problems didn’t diminish. My frustration and concern continued to grow, so with a clear goal, I decided to take matters into my own hands and seek solutions. After thorough research, I discovered that these problems had answers.

With the support of a team of great professionals, I realized that the prototypes we were designing not only solved the issues I had experienced but were also creating an unprecedented product in the market. Thus, TRUCTIBLE was born: a brand that aims to revolutionize the way we care for and transport our musical instruments.
